Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Movexaexo.

1. Your Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must generally:

Be within the applicable return period
Be unused and in substantially the same condition received
Include applicable packaging
Include supplied accessories and components
Show no avoidable damage or excessive wear
Include proof of purchase or the relevant order number

3. Wearable Support & Compression Products

Wearable, compression or body-support products that have been materially used may no longer qualify as unused merchandise.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items materially used or damaged after delivery
Products missing important components
Altered or modified products
Items clearly identified as Final Sale or Non-returnable
Gift cards
Free promotional items

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos where relevant
Packaging or shipping-label images where relevant

6. How to Start a Return

Email service@movexaexo.com with your order number, product name and reason for requesting a return.

All returns must be authorized before shipment.

7. Who Pays Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind, incorrect-size or similar returns not caused by an error on our part.

For an approved damaged, defective or incorrect item, an appropriate solution may be provided.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not appeared, please first contact the relevant bank, card issuer or payment provider.

10. Exchanges

Movexaexo currently does not offer direct exchanges.

11. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

12. Fit, Compression & Comfort

Fit, compression and comfort may vary between individuals. Customers should follow applicable size guides and fitting instructions.

13. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
