1. Your Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Customers must request return authorization before sending a product back.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, an item must generally:
- Be returned within the applicable return period
- Be unused and in substantially the same condition received
- Include applicable original packaging
- Include accessories, components and instructions supplied with the item
- Show no avoidable damage or excessive wear
- Include proof of purchase or the relevant order number
3. Wearable Support & Compression Products
Wearable, compression or body-support products that have been materially used may no longer qualify as unused merchandise.
Customers should review sizing information before use and retain applicable packaging until they are satisfied with the product's fit and condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Depending on the product and applicable law, items may be ineligible for return where they:
- Have been materially used or damaged after delivery
- Are missing important components or accessories
- Have been altered or modified
- Are clearly identified as Final Sale or Non-returnable
- Are gift cards
- Are free promotional items
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, appears defective or is not the item ordered.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos where relevant
- Photographs of packaging or shipping labels where relevant
6. How to Start a Return
A return request should include:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- Your reason for requesting the return
All returns must be authorized before shipment.
7. Who Pays Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping where the return results from a change of mind, incorrect size selection or another reason not caused by an error on our part.
Where an approved return is caused by a damaged, defective or incorrect item, an appropriate return-shipping or replacement solution may be provided.
A trackable shipping method is recommended for authorized returns.
8. Refunds
After an authorized return is received and reviewed, an approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear.
Actual posting time may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If a processed refund has not appeared, customers should first review their payment account and contact the relevant bank, card issuer or payment provider.
10. Exchanges
Movexaexo currently does not offer direct exchanges.
For a different size or product, an eligible original item may be returned for a refund and a new order may be placed separately.
11. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has started.
12. Fit, Compression & Personal Comfort
Fit, compression and comfort can vary between individuals.
A product being unsuitable for one person's preferred fit does not automatically mean the product is defective.
Customers should follow sizing and fitting instructions and stop using a product if it causes unusual pain, numbness, excessive pressure or significant irritation.
13. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
