These Terms govern use of movexaexo.com and purchases made from Movexaexo.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. Products & Availability
We aim to present product descriptions, sizing, specifications, images and availability accurately.
4. Fitness, Support & Recovery Products
Products may be intended for general fitness, movement, support, mobility, compression or recovery-oriented use.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, products are not substitutes for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase. Orders may be declined or cancelled where permitted by applicable law.
6. Prices & Payment
The applicable price, currency and charges are shown during checkout.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates.
8. Duties & Import Charges
Unless checkout states otherwise, applicable import charges may remain the customer's responsibility.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Approved refunds generally require 5–10 business days after processing to appear.

15. Shopify Platform Notice
Shopify provides the e-commerce platform used by the store. Purchases are made from Movexaexo, not Shopify.
